By booking travel services through Thelma & Louise Adventures, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. This includes but is not limited to deposits, full payments, and any service fees. Prices are subject to availability and change without notice. In the event of cancelations, delays, or changes initiated by airlines, hotels, tour operators and or other service providers, Thelma & Louise Adventures, LLC is not responsible for any refunds, and clients must adhere to the polices of the respective service provider .

The client agrees to hold harmless and release from liability Thelma & Louise Adventures,LLC, its owners, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with travel arrangements made by the agency. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, inconvenience, delay, or financial loss. The client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for any such risks. Thelma & Louise Adventures, LLC. Acts only as an agent for suppliers in arranging transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services and does not own or operate any third-party suppplers.
